What is included with your exhibit space? (10x10 ft.)

   Booth Space

  • Rental of the Floor Space (raw space only) in the Exhibit Hall.

  • Each inline booth space comes with an 8 foot high black drape, 3 foot high side rails, and 1 line ID Sign (7” x 44”) with the company name and booth number.

Please note: Carpet is not included with the booth, but is mandatory as per exhibitor rules.  

The exhibitor will be entirely responsible for the decoration of assigned exhibit space including, but not limited to, booth structure, fixtures, furniture, specific wiring, lightning, electrical and cleaning services, as well as labour to install, erect or decorate exhibits, or moving exhibit materials including fresh product.

   Show Planning Resources

  • CPMA Exhibitor Bulletins: These bulletins will provide important show information and deadlines to help keep you on track with your show planning.
  • GES Exhibitor Services Online Manual: Your one stop shop to assist with show planning, this online resource is the main source of show information, and includes event services partner information and order forms.
   Badge Registrations and Customer Invitations

For each 10x10 sq ft of exhibit space, exhibitors receive:

  • Five Exhibitor Badges, giving the badge holder access to: 
       • Trade Show (including during move-in and move-out)
       • Business Sessions on Wednesday morning
       • After Party on Wednesday evening
  • Ten invitations to provide to your customers or invited guests which include complimentary access to the Trade Show during show hours.
   Exhibitor Promotion and Opportunities

  • Your Company Name and Profile in the Exhibitor List Show Guide, distributed onsite.
  • Online profile and searchable listing by category on the online interactive floor plan.
  • Eligible to apply for Exhibitor-only promotional opportunities (e.g. New Product Showcase).
  • Automatic entry in the Most Creative Display Award.
