Non-Refundable Hotel Deposit
To help us manage our room blocks better and to avoid any financial liability for last-minute cancellations and/or no shows, the hotels will be applying a non-refundable deposit to each reservation one month prior to the group’s arrival. The hotels will post the first night room & tax to the credit card used to confirm each reservation on Friday, April 9, 2010.

Taxis charge a metered rate based on time and distance travelled, the approximate fare to downtown Vancouver is $23-$26 under normal conditions. Taxis are readily available outside both the Domestic and International terminals. Several cab companies service the airport 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
